Perfect Makes Practice

A wise 4-year old once told me "Perfect Makes Practice." I chuckled. Then she explained how, and I almost cried.

Before we do something or hear about something, we're perfect at it, but once we try it -- we understand we need practice.  Wow. And she's four.

Every driver is perfect -- until the get behind the wheel for the first time.
Every church is perfect -- until I walk through the door.
Every blog post is perfect -- until we start writing it.
Every battle plan, every marketing campaign, every blog, and every community is perfect -- until the human element touches it.

Then we realize that perfect makes practice.
