Love From Hawaii – From the Inside, Out

357624250_03f1e6e5d9 I've had the great fortune to visit Hawaii on several occasions for work. I'm just finishing up my fourth trip here – and I'm a bit torn.  I look forward to going home, yet I feel like I'm already at home.

I've been coast-to-coast and border-to-border … and sometimes further. When I come to Hawaii, I rarely visit the "tourist" sections. If I want to see someone from Nebraska do the Hula dance — I can go to Omaha.

Get me around those that have made their live and their pursuit here on the Isles. The spirit here is one of generosity, where happiness is the pursuit of happiness (rather than the obtaining of happiness), and where vanity is not a welcome character trait.  Most residents see others from the inside out (and shouldn't we all?)

It is a transparency and authenticity that seems natural to them. It is contagious.

It is Aloha.

Find Your Social Media ROI

I hear it from a lot of business owners: “Where is the ROI with all this Social Media?“ If this is a question you ask yourself, maybe we should work together a bit more. We can work together solo, or via a professional learning community. Find and increase your ROI. There is a “there” there.
