Lunch n Learn with the Happiness Model
During a working lunch today with teachers, I shared Tara Hunt's Happiness as Your Business Model with teachers. We looked particularly at the slides showing differences between happy customers and unhappy customers, but using those slides for engaged students and disengaged students.
