The Central Iowa Bloggers monthly First Friday meetup/networking is this Friday at Panera U in West Des Moines (map)

Nathan Wright has called for Iowa Tweets and Twitterers to gather on Thursday (Feb. 7) at 5:30 pm at Shorty’s on Court Ave (map). I wonder if we will only speak in 140 characters.

Nathan will also be speaking at IABC/Iowa on all things Social Media on February 6th at 11:30AM. Non-Members welcome with registration (RSVP by tomorrow).

Find Your Social Media ROI

I hear it from a lot of business owners: “Where is the ROI with all this Social Media?“ If this is a question you ask yourself, maybe we should work together a bit more. We can work together solo, or via a professional learning community. Find and increase your ROI. There is a “there” there.

    Hi Mike – Thanks for the TweetUp mention! Just an update, it will be Thursday, Feb. 7th (just in case anyone thought it was tonight).
    Shorty’s can be difficult to find. Just walk through the front door of River Bend Trading Co. and immediately head downstairs, walk through the wine shop and you’ll find Shorty’s. In true speakeasy fashion, there’s also an alley entrance. Looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new tweeters. Hope everyone finds it OK!
