Well-spoken? You bet. Well-Listened? I’ve only heard Brett say it – but Brett is a well-listened guy.

And great listening involves more than just ears. Eyes should listen to the body language. Your gut should sense mood (yes, I believe "gut instinct" is a sense).  Poor listening is a stumbling block to the learning process.

In some ways, poor listening impairs your vision.

Find Your Social Media ROI

I hear it from a lot of business owners: “Where is the ROI with all this Social Media?“ If this is a question you ask yourself, maybe we should work together a bit more. We can work together solo, or via a professional learning community. Find and increase your ROI. There is a “there” there.
