A few posts worth sharing:
- A Metaphor for Blogging Etiquette by Stephen Turcotte at SCOUT (feed): On the money line: "If you want to converse at a cocktail party you don’t just barge in and stat talking, you stand there and listen and politely speak when you have something of value to add to the conversation."
- Linking Strategy – Link to Feeds by Andy Beard at Niche Marketing (feed): The Generous Genius brings out a great point about linking to feeds. I used to do this more…and don’t know why I stopped. I believe subscribers to your feed are more important than visits to your blog. Why? Bookmark my site…and what…I’ll see you when you remember to visit? Subsribe to the feed, and at least I’m close to your ear (eyes).
- Your Perspective Changes Everything by Tony D. Clark at Success from the Nest (feed): Sometimes tweaking our point of view gives us a more accurate vision.
- 3 Questions to Ask Yourself About Customer Experience by Jeanne Bliss at MarketingProfs: Daily Fix (feed) Take this quick quiz and be challenged by your answers. Enough of the deadpan, default, divided by department customer experience strategies (if there is one). Your customers don’t see separate departments. They see one. Hopefully, for everyone’s sake, they don’t see it in their rear view mirror.
