A Human Feed Aggregator?
My friend Doug Mitchell recently wrote about his recent Customer Service Victory with Century Theater (now a Cinemark company) at Jordan Creek Town Center.
Doug writes: "I'll continue to patronize them and spread the word that they care about their customers. I might even host a seminar or meeting there now."
As I am a fan of Panera (yes - still), my wife is a raving fan of this same movie house. If she doesn't show up for a movie, they call to see if she's feeling alright.
Today, we printed out Doug's post and Cindy is hand-delivering it (or feeding it) to the theater manager. A human feed aggregator. Too bad we didn't have one of the CafePress RSS shirts handy.
