As we wind up on our trip west, some of the things I miss about living in Northern California, such as:
- LeBoulanger, they’ve changed quite a bit- in fact I forgot how much this reminds me of Panera, but I fell in love with their Vegetable Medley Omelette Sandwich.
- In-n-Out Burger, freshness on a bun.
- Morgan Hill, A quiet community south of the Silicon Valley noise. If I move back here, this is where I’ll hang my coat.
- The car pool lane, especially the transition they’ve put in place at the 85/101 interchange. Brilliant!
- My family (I’m posting this from my daugheter’s computer with my grandson all over me with "Look at my new Spiderman, Grandpa!").

I hear it from a lot of business owners: “Where is the ROI with all this Social Media?“ If this is a question you ask yourself, maybe we should work together a bit more. We can work together solo, or via a professional learning community. Find and increase your ROI. There is a “there” there.
