- Essential of Business Blogging by Jake McKee at Community Guy. Someone forgot to pack the essentials – and it wasn’t Jake. Frankly, I think they need to offer Jake a refund and get him behind the podium at the REAL Business Blog Summit.
- Read the Freakin’ Blogosphere by Steve Rubel at Micro Persuasion: The title says it all. Get a bigger toolkit. Study the tools that go in it. Equip yourself for what’s to come. Change or die. Boo-Yah!
- Your customers are talking about you and you’re not listening? by Ted Demopoulos at 1-800-CEO-READ: Ted asks, "Are you insane? Don’t you want to know what they’re saying about you?" Reminds me of a previous post of mine elsewhere.
- Power to the People! by John Winsor at Under the Radar: "Your customers are out there right now, playing with your brand. Their power is growing. What are you going to do?" My suggestion – acknowledge that customers are part owners of your brand. Build a relationship on that! Don’t try to wrestle it away from them.

I hear it from a lot of business owners: “Where is the ROI with all this Social Media?“ If this is a question you ask yourself, maybe we should work together a bit more. We can work together solo, or via a professional learning community. Find and increase your ROI. There is a “there” there.
