Occasionally, I’ll get asked how many blogs I visit each day. The sarcastic answer is "none – though I get content from over 200 blogs delivered as updates are published."
Most of the time, the people asking are not yet using feed readers, news aggregators, or even My Yahoo. I qualify the answer with the fact that I don’t read everything. A lot has to do with the headline and the author.
I’ve created a Bloglines page listing the feeds of blogs I read. I haven’t included the news or search feeds in this list. Have a visit.
I still prefer my feeds delivered in SharpReader (still playing with the FeedDemon 2.0 Beta) because of the pop-up notification.
